Caring For Yourself Workshop, presented by Fox Indigo and Yahhila Yisrael. We will learn techniques to honor ourselves during Valentine’s Day. It may be difficult time for some of us singles, it does not have to be. Together we will learn how to Holistic Wellness and Mindfulness can help us care and love ourselves more. The Holistic Practitioners will introduce Reiki Healing, Mindful Movements (Yoga), Breathe Work (breathing exercises) and Sound Healing. Come as you are. All are welcome. Adults only.
