PLEASE READ FULLY *** What You Can Expect: This style of breathwork is an intentional breathing practice that alters your state of consciousness without any external substance This practice allows us to go past our Frontal Cortex (Thinking Mind) to help process suppressed emotions, stories and trauma that are stored in the bodyDecrease in stress and anxiety levelsDeeper relationship to yourself (shifting the way you view your mind, body and soulIn this breathwork, your breath will give you space to notice, observe, feel and/or even release whatever is ready to be let go of in a safe and secure container. No breathwork or meditation experience necessary. All are welcome! The afternoon will begin with a workshop where we connect to our inner child followed by a 40 minute Breathwork session that is catered to connect, love & heal your inner child. Please bring: -Journal & something to write with -Picture of your younger self -Water -Open mind and heart <3 Option to RSVP through Venmo to @zeff02 to avoid EB fees About your Facilitator: Sam Zeff is a loving and heart centered certified Breathwork Facilitator, Intuitive Healer and Guide. Sam’s experience includes various leadership positions with a number of organizations from Big Brothers Big Sisters and National Leadership Academy to ManKind Project, a nonprofit focused on creating safe space for men to heal their trauma led by their fellow man. Through his own healing journey, Sam has had the pleasure of learning various modalities such as Holotropic Breathwork to assist with others in their own journey. He has always been driven to help others learn about themselves and assist in the healing of their past pain so they can ultimately come back home to themselves. Parking Info: Collective Energy Center is located at 215 Avenida Del Mar, Suites K&L(upstairs, next door to Nick’s Restaurant)Parking during business hours: All are welcome to park in our K & L spots or in one of the 6 visitor spots in our back lot on Grenada (look for the Jones Accounting sign, across from address 221 Grenada) only in the spots that are marked P1-P6, or on the street Grenada, or up to two hours on Del Mar, or at the public lot at the Library on Del Mar for unlimited time. (Although on Sundays the library houses the Farmers Market)
