8-10 hours /week, every week duties include emptying trash, pressure washing occasionally, hosing down the buildings, washing windows, trimming bushes, weed spraying, sweeping/hosing down walkways. must have car and be familiar with chain saw, pressure cleaner, blower. background check is required. you can choose the day /days of week that you will work
