As part of the celebration and preparation for the upcoming Tibetan Losar New Year (female water Rabbit) Feb 2023 we are excited to bring you a powerful energy healing event that will help revitalize and heal your inner energies with longevity and aid you on your spiritual journey and transformation. Come and enjoy a beautiful afternoon of healing and sound as you learn an amazing and powerful ancient method of healing our physical bodies, mind and heart. You do not need to be good at meditation or visuals, just the willingness to connect. Bring your friends along with crystals or things you want charged up. We will start by connecting with the elements of space, air, water, earth, fire in the body through visuals, some breath and mantra and as you sit and do the meditation, a powerful mantra will be vocalized along with sound by the provider to connect and weave the energies. After the meditation, we will have the sound healing integration with crystal bowls . For those who are in need of healing, there will be 2 spaces available to receive 5 minute healing's at the very end of event. These healing's are given as part of our helping each other community at no charge.Please mention at the beginning of class. If you have a wheelchair there is plenty of access. ATTENTION: Please be courteous and only reserve a ticket if you are sincere about attending, as there are others who want and need healing.
