Welcome! Your $30~ ticket/donation guarantees you access to Center Camp, a schwag bag, and all kinds of specials at business around Bisbee. If you want to camp/park, you must purchase a camping spot at one of the three lots. Only 130 spots are available, so act fast! If you don't get one of these spots, don't worry, there are many parking, lodging, and camping spots in the area, many free. MUST READ: - Spots are limited, and there are Five (5) Camping Areas you can reserved with a total of 120 spots: Arctic Circle (10 spots)Catholic Church Main Lot (45 spots)Convention Center Lot (75 Spots)View Site Map - Skoolies and vehicles longer than 20' must choose the Convention Center Lot - These are *not* large campsites, but you will have room for chairs, awnings, etc. - Spots inside of campsites are first come, first serve - Refunds will be issued via Venmo or Paypal upon request, or you can choose to donate the $25 to help defer some of the costs of the event - Portos will be placed at the Convention Center Lot, the Jonquil Motel (Center Camp) and The Catholic Church - This is an event that is woven throughout the town of Bisbee. Please be respectful and follow the golden rule: treat others how you would like to be treated. IF YOU PURCHASE A TICKET By purchasing a ticket you hereby become an event Participant and you agree to ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with their participation in the Event. The Participant agrees to HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE, DEFEND, AND INDEMNIFY Granite & Light LLC, The Jonquil Motel, St. Patrick Roman Catholic Parish of Bisbee, Arizona, the Event sponsors, the owners, operators, contractors, and employees of said companies, and their affiliated organizations and companies, insurance carriers, parents, agents, representatives, assignees, officers, and directors (each hereinafter a "Released Party") for ANY AND ALL LIABILITY and claims for any and all injuries or death to persons or damage to property arising from the Participant’s participation in the Event, including those claims based on any Released Party’s alleged or actual NEGLIGENCE or breach of any express or implied WARRANTY. In the case of a minor participant, the minor participant’s parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they are also agreeing to this Liability Waiver on behalf of the minor participant and that the minor participant shall be bound by all the terms of this agreement. Participating in any Event activity or the activities listed in the "Things to Do" section of weirdwildwest.net can be dangerous and could result in damages to your person or property. You participate in the Event at your own risk. Participant understands and acknowledges that they have been informed and understand all Event rules and regulations, and agrees to comply with Event security and staff at all times.
