We will also have Nephrologist, Dr. Eddie Green from Mayo Clinic discuss kidney disease and how patients can advocate for themselves when a kidney transplant is needed. These two phenomenal physicians will explain the correlation between the heart and kidney function. We will also have survivor stories from kidney transplant recipients, an onsite yoga instructor to show us ways to reduce stress and maintain a healthy heart, free giveaways and so much more!!
