In this month's Startup Stories, we'll get to know Emily and Connor McClain and Aura—a boutique event planning firm specializing in micro-weddings and gatherings. About Aura: We co-create meaningful events that leave guests and hosts alike feeling seen through intentional connection and left with a sense of wonder. We help you deepen your why and find ways to highlight that in your event—giving you the confidence to say NO when you want to and YES to what matters. About Emily: I was introduced to the wedding planning world in 2018 as I started working under two of the most successful wedding planners in the state. I've taken all of my learnings and experience from the event industry and infused it with my heart for people, their stories, and meaningful moments. About Connor: He brings his project management expertise, creativity, and love for hosting to the Aura team. Connor is also the builder behind our rentals bringing Emily's big ideas to life for our clients. Attendees can expect: A fun night of connection highlighting Aura's Startup Story and how we do things a little differently to bring a lot more magic and intention to event planning. Drinks, charcuterie, and a giveaway for attendees!
