Celebrate the grand opening of Fort Lauderdale’s newest hospitality trifecta at the Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort block party, Thursday, February 9 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This moving party will allow guests to travel through the property, from the hotel’s botanical courtyard, buzzing pool bar and chef-driven Italian restaurant, La Fuga, to the hotel’s scenic rooftop pool, overlooking the Yachting Capital of the World. Newly-Branded Lifestyle Hotel Immerse in Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale’s vibrant tropical atmosphere as a live acoustic musician and flamingo greeters welcome party-goers to an evening filled with an eclectic mix of live entertainment, passed bites and food stations. Local painter and muralist, Colette Pisut @CoLetteRueLette will be doing a live painting session within the hotel’s buzzing botanical courtyard. Guests will take a piece of Shorebreak home with a custom gift created by Colette. Authentic Coastal Italian Bar and Restaurant, La Fuga The new coastal Italian restaurant, La Fuga, and its decorated local chef, Michael Mayer, have curated a delicious menu of classic Italian bites for the evening. Guests can sip on La Fuga’s house infused limoncello as they make their way throughout the party. La Fuga's open concept space offers a refreshing poolside view and features a sumptuous menu of hand-crafted cocktails and authentic Italian dishes utilizing local, fresh produce and seafood. Sunset Rooftop Lounge The blissful rooftop area at the Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway with a perfect birds-eye view of the Yachting Capital of the World to catch a show-stopping sunset and happy hour activation. As the sun goes down, we invite everyone to the rooftop to enjoy live beats by Miami’s DJ Darling YISSEL, while taking in the majestic sunset views. The rooftop will feature a microdosing bar with creative cocktails utilizing MoonJuice supplements to help channel the vibes for the night. Guests can also capture the fun on a 360-degree photo booth. At the end of the night, guests can win a custom piece by local painter and muralist, @CoLetteRueLette, and a complimentary stay at Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale with a meal at La Fuga and cocktails for two on the rooftop bar.
