NO COLD CALLING WE HAVE ALL THE WORK! we are looking for experienced and dedicated independent contractors who can handle the work we send and not to mention reliable.. we are looking for contractors with the following certifications and trades in: - PLUMBING - ELECTRICAL - HVAC - PAINTING - ROOFING - DRYWALL REPAIR - FLOORING - CARPENTRY - APPLIANCE REPAIRS PAY IS EVERY FRIDAY, ( cash app or direct deposit or mailed check) WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY TUESDAY 12 PM TO BE ON FRIDAYS PAY! NO EXPECTIONS ALL WORK MUST BE PROVEN BY PHOTOS OR YOU WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE HOME TO RETAKE PHOTOS. ALL WORK ORDERS MUST HAVE A REQUIRED 10 PHOTOS - front of the home phots - 9 before during and after photos ALL CONTRACTORS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING ; - INSURANCE ( 1 MIL POLICY WITH GENESIS PROPRTY MANAGEMENT OF TULSA AS THE CERT HOLDER) - YOUR OWN CAR - TOOLS - FINANCIALY STABLE - WILLING TO LEARN - PHONE CAPABLE OF TAKING PICS - EMAIL ADDRESS - SIGNED W9 - SIGNED Contractor Agreement form ( we will provide on onboard day) we look forward to working with you!!
