Showed up today around PM No tags or collar. Appears to be young, maybe year-old or under. Very sweet & friendly around people, growls when introduced to male dogs. Appears to be well kept (an inside dog). Able to corral to fenced backyard for the night. Will go to Vets in AM to check for microchip. Can not keep for very long; will have to go to Animal Control if family not found soon. Texts only, Found Cat--very sweet. Multi-colored, tortishell/brindle. Small. Likely female, but uncertain. She showed up at my house off Mt. Olive Rd between Elkins and Wesley a month or more ago. She is not feral, and was clearly someone's pet. I'd love nothing more than to reunite her with her family.
