Growing company in need of Full-Time Lead Awning Installer. On-going training and mentoring for this role. Responsibilities: Plan daily/weekly schedule with management. Review drawings ahead of job installation. Pack/load/maintain clean & organized work vehicles. Maintain clean & organized shop. Travel safely to and from jobs. Ability to trouble-shoot in the field. Complete installations according to plans - address issues with management. Supervision of small crew. Strong work ethic. Punctual & Reliable. Good customer service skills. Experience with hand tools. Able to work on a ladder. Prefer 3+ years of installation experience (awnings, doors, windows, signs, etc.) - will consider less experience. Valid driver's license & clean driving record required. High School Graduate or GED. 8-hour shift Monday - Friday. Some overtime may be required, including Saturday. Hourly Pay - $18.00 - $22.00/hr based on experience. Will provide 2-weeks paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay after 6 months of successful service time. Will provide healthcare benefits after one (1) year of successful service.
