Backstage Event Catering Chef/Cook Needed 2/2 and 2/3

Need 1 experienced catering cook for a high volume gig at State Farm Arena this Thursday 8/2/23 (approximately 8 hours in the morning to late afternoon) and Friday 8/3/23 (approximately 16 + hours with an early a.m. start and late p.m. finish. MUST HAVE A RESUME with at least 2 years of cooking experience. People with backstage experience will have priority for this gig (please list some of the shows/festivals you've worked in the email you send with your resume). The pay is $165 for Thursday and $325 for Friday. You will get paid at the end of the gig on Friday for both days. You will also be required to pack up the kitchen and load out on Friday evening after meal service. You will get paid an extra hourly rate of $18.50 for loading out and we can discuss what this entails when I contact you.You must be available for both days the whole time. This gig requires endurance. You will cook and be on your feet for long periods of time. If we like each other, we would love to have you for future gigs.
