Door dash delivery drivers say no tip no trip. I say you employers need to pay your employees it is not my job to evaluate and pay your employees. Employers put the burden on the customers. The employers use the excuse that tipping makes their employees give good service but that’s just not the case. According to government statistics the average amount of tips earned per day is $100. Door dash drivers say no tip no trip I say you require tips equals no business from me and if i do no tip will be given. Tipping is just a way for employers to shift the burden of paying employees to the customers.
