My ex-husband refuses to return them from visitation to me. He has had them since Jan. 10th. I filed a contempt charge on him, but the hearing is not until Feb.14th. I have hired an attorney but he will not file anything or make any court appearances until the retainer fee is paid. Please help me pay this fee so that I can get my boys home.
