Found puppy, Cleveland near Bradley landfill

Hello, This female puppy was found on Thursday, Jan 26th, near the Tri-State Exhibition arena and the Bradley County landfill in Cleveland. Approximately 6-8 months old according to our vet. 18 lbs. No collar, no chip. Extremely emacitated. We are fostering the dog now. She has received her first de-worming dose. Once she recovers some weight she will receive her vaccinations and then be turned over to a shelter for adoption. Very friendly so we know she came from nice folks.
