I want to form a band from the ground up. (I live in NN and have transpo) Think Hendrix, Cream, Early pink floyd, Pet Sounds, Early Sabbath, 1965ish to about 1970ish Heavyish Psych rock. Kinda raw and able to soar off on some impromptu vamp and then crush with heavy power. Im also into Gypsie jazz, Jazz and countless other stuff but my main is this Heavy trippy Rock feel that im going for. (although i don't normally listen to them, Skull crusher from Iron Claw is pretty hard and trippy). From the ground up: I play Guitar so i would like to have a bass player and drummer who are into the saaame shit i am into..that certain vibe of weed, music, fun, trippy, take u on an adventure type shit. we could write riffs and song structure and lyrics all fresh derived from our own respective journeys. Harmony's are awesome also so singers preferred....Mmmm Harmonies, melody, against doomish drones and power chord rifs that rise to pure improvised bliss. easy right ? :P I also like techno stuff so if it gets Hypnotic and locked in a groove thats awesome too. I dont care really about age or gender or what ever...as long as you love live music..practice ur craft..and take it if not seriously, then sincerely. Im knew to this band thing but ive put in the hours on my guitar. i have a lot to learn just itching to create some damn music!
