Now hiring for the 2023 landscaping season: Experienced Landscape Foremen Experienced Landscape Crew Members Experienced Swimming Pool Installers Entry Level Crew Members Valid drivers license preferred (Possession, or ability to obtain a Class C non CDL license (Illinois license holders) will also affect wage at hire) Must able to lift at least 75lbs Job description includes but is not limited to: Excavation with machinery and/or shovels Construction of retaining walls and patios Installation of various plants and trees Landscape Lighting Installation Swimming Pool Installation General landscaping tasks including: mulching, raking, grading, wheelbarrowing material, watering trees and shrubs, removal of trees and small stumps, and installing decorative gravel. 40+ hours per week (weather permitting) Some Saturdays required as needed or to make up for rain days NO Sundays Benefits Include: Health Insurance (dental and vision available) 401(k) with company match Paid sick and vacation time Referral Bonuses Performance Based Bonuses
