Tile Job in small small bathroom

********Please read to the end*********************** I need a tile guy to come and do the tile in my tiny bathroom. The bathroom is smaller than 60 sq feet and I'm going to install a 36 x 36 shower base today so the floor tile is less than 50 sq feet. The tile for the shower is a subway tile. I think it's 3 x 6. I showed you a picture of a completed bathroom in the house using the same tile for the shower. For the floor, I'm using a 12 X 12 decorative tile so it should go pretty quickly. What's very important is that we finish the edges of the tile on the walk with a finishing piece. I have all the materials at the house. There will be hardy board on the floor already and tile on the wall. If I'm missing anything we can run and pick it up at the home depot. Very important: -This house doesn't have any electricity OR power! I may be able to get the electricity back on by tomorrow but assume I won't. -There is no running water! But we can go get a few gallons. The guy did the first bathroom with no power and electricity so I know it can be done. If we have to have power we can rent a generator from home depot. I'm paying $400 for this job. If that's not enough for you, I understand but that's really all I got for this BUT I do have other work in the house. The house is located off North Capital in Washington, DC. I need to start this project tomorrow by 8:00am.
