DETAILS: One of my tenants left behind a lot of stuff. Some of it is surprisingly decent and others of it is junk. This is a one bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. There’s a small storage unit. PLEASE SEE THE PHOTOS. Your job is to remove the stuff from the property. Bring a large trailer or a truck, and maybe (?) a helper. Bring any tools, straps, etc., you think you’ll need. IMPORTANT: I own and am keeping the fridge, stove, and air conditioner. This is *NOT* A CLEANING GIG. You are just getting rid of the big stuff and possessions. PAY? I have no idea what this costs anymore. You tell me how much to do the job, and I’ll pay you that IN CASH ON THE SPOT. WHERE?
