Scrappy is a 8 month old, Male toy poodle. He is not neutered and will need his rabies shot. I have had some medical issues arise and unfortunately he’s just not getting the time and attention that he needs. He is super sweet and just wants to be held all the time. He is potty trained and kennel trained.
