Guests will arrive for oysters & cocktails (outdoors if the weather cooperates, so dress warmly!) and then settle inside the barn for our most festive dining experience. Your traditional raclette meal includes cheese & charcuterie from our friends at Morse's Sauerkraut, local baguette, house condiments and ferments, and roasted vegetables - and of course, a sweet treat to finish out the evening! Tickets are $85 each, including an oyster starter, your meal, and all necessary raclette equipment. Beverages, beverage tax, and gratuity are not included. Should you like to leave a server gratuity, you are welcome to do so via the add-ons on this ticketing page or onsite at the dinner. FAQs - Here is the scoop! Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? We are able to accommodate vegetarians for the meal if we know a week in advance. Accommodations for other allergies or dietary needs are at the discretion of the culinary team and must be communicated and confirmed prior to the event. The event will start outside around the fire, so plan your wardrobe accordingly. Dinner service will be held inside our heated Event Barn. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? We do not have age requirements for this event. However, given our limited number of spots, all spots are the same price. It should be noted that our culinary events celebrate "slow food", and as such, this pace might not be suitable for young children. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Transportation is not provided. Parking is available at the Tops'l Farm event barn. What can I bring to the event? Sensible shoes and layers. A sense of adventure. Big appetites. Smiles for your neighbors and friends. Are drinks included? We always kick off our meals with a welcome drink around the fire. Exceptions may be made if we can pull from our waitlist, and the request is made five or more days prior to the event. Alternatively, if you cannot attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. Simply email [email protected] with the new guest's name and email. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, we will have your name on a list at check-in. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, as long as we are aware of any dietary restrictions for the attending guest. Can I bring my pet? This event is an indoor event and is not suitable for pets. Can I bring my own wine/beer/liquor? No, but there will be a variety of options for you at our in-house bar. Will there be a waitlist? Yes. Please join the waitlist if it is sold out. We will be in touch should there be a cancellation.
