THesis Wellness Ambassador, Bianca Natali (200RYT), guides you through an all levels yoga class exploring the fundamental postures of a Vinyasa flow. Special guest teachers and substitutes will be announced on certain class dates. Located at the chic architecturally designed Paseo within THesis Hotel Miami, a communal gathering space located at the intersection of Coral Gables, South Miami, and Coconut Grove. After class, unwind and recharge at Mamey Restaurant. Parking is complimentary inside the parking garage, please make sure to stamp your ticket after class. Valet is not complimentary. By signing up for this class, you (the participant) agrees to the following points listed A-F below. A. I, the participant, hereby acknowledge this release from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in any physical activity. B. I, the participant, is responsible for my own medical treatments in case of an injury during the class. C. If I, the participant, wish to make any changes to this list, I will send it in writing before signing up for this class. D. I, the participant, have the right to consult with an attorney about this list before signing up for this class. E. I, the participant, agrees to have their photographs released in relation to the events attended. F. I, the participant, hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in this class.
