Danika from Oly Grazers will provide a live workshop on creating a charcuterie board, perfect for Valentine's Day! Attendees will have a board to customize, and a selection of artisanal cheese, meats and pairings. Attendees will learn the basics of putting together an eye catching board, cheese cutting techniques, meat styling techniques and more styling tips! Danika will offer an in-depth board building lesson with a Valentine's Day theme! This is a beginners class with no experience required! Included in your workshop will be: •A wooden heart board to take home styled beautifully by YOU! •Fine Cheeses, Charcuterie and all additional accompaniments for creating the perfect board •A non-alcoholic beverage to sip on while we create! •A tasting plate of the cheeses that we will be using on our boards •Some sweet treats •Menu of everything included on the board we make together •A small personalized gift •Entry to a door prize! One ticket per guest. 12 seats available in each class. There is 2 class times for Sat Feb 11th! Please make sure you choose the right date and time! This class is for Sat Feb 11th 12pm-1:30pm.
