Looking for a perfect chocolate experience? Join Ilan's Raw Chocolate for a special, fun class with friends and family. Chelsie, chocolatier, will be your host for the evening. We will pour some unique selections of six wines from all around Australia. From Western Australia to New South Wales and Queensland! From Riesling to Shiraz. We will provide seasonal fruits, nuts and other culinary delights for you to create your own unique chocolate combinations. All necessary tools and ingredients will be provided. Each person will end up with 18 pieces of their own chocolate plus 6 different wine tastings. *We encourage you to enjoy dinner beforehand* After the chocolate is poured and dipped, we will let it rest for about 30 minutes. After, you will pair some of your creations with the Australian Wine. You will discover new flavor profiles in each wine paired with your chocolate. Each complements the other in ways that may surprise you. You will leave with your chocolate creations to gift to friends and family - or to enjoy later. Sharing is not required.
