Young pup up for adoption

We have a dog that we believe to be a beagle mix a little over a year old that we must find a home for. She's about 20lbs and super friendly. We have been working on socializing her and she's doing great so far with our dogs and cats. She's obsessed with squeak toys and almost knows fetch. Teaching her how to walk on a leash, she's ok at it but gets really excited about birds and has lots of energy so she pulls and zigzags.. She is very reactive on walks, especially to other dogs. She doesn't run away from us but she will if she sees an animal to chase. So far she hasn't had many accidents inside but I don't know if she's %100 potty trained. She resource guards food, toys, and random things. She's very smart and learns quick, very food motivated. We'd keep her if we weren't moving into an even smaller house, we have 4 other dogs, 2 cats and 3 adults. She's so sweet and loving, would thrive in a home with another playful higher energy dog to play with, a big fenced yard, or woods to explore. A very active person might suit her too. I'd like to wait until I get her spayed to adopt her out, and will only ask for that $ as her rehoming fee. She will also get heartworm test and shots.
