Description

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility. We will practice sun salutations, sitting, and standing postures. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be implemented. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and breath-to-movement practice. This class will be fun, light-hearted, and is suited for beginners and advanced practitioners.
