Do you want to learn the basics of decorating sugar cookies? If so, then this class is perfect for you!! You will practice basic piping and flooding techniques and will walk away with these 6 beautifully decorated cookies. You don't need any experience working with sugar cookies in the past! All supplies will be provided. This is a beginner level class and the following topics will be covered: Piping and flooding Wet on wet flooding 3d icing design Use of cookie transfers I will explain icing consistency for the class as we work with the different consistencies but all icing will be pre-bagged. Classes will take place in the back dining area of Hardy Catering in West Bridgewater. I have 20 spots available for this class. Hardy’s has a full bar and menu so feel free to enjoy some food and drink while you decorate! I always recommend popping in 30 minutes early and having dinner before we get started decorating :) I will also be raffling off several cookie scribes throughout the course of the class. All attendees MUST be ticketed. There is not sufficient seating to support spectators. If you arrive without a ticket you will be asked to remain in the bar area for the duration of the class. If you are planning to attend with a group or a friend, email me at [email protected] and tell me the names of your party. This way I can group your party together for the event. If you do not email me your preferences I will be arranging the seating randomly with another person or group. Cookies may contain the following allergens: nuts, milk, wheat, soy, gluten. I am unable to make gluten free or nut free cookie options at this time. I will post a reminder to my facebook page the day before class to remind you of our meeting time. In the event you cannot attend class, all tickets are transferable to another student but tickets are nonrefundable. If you cannot find someone to take your place, please email me with at least 24 hour notice as I often have a waiting list. However, this does not guarantee that I can find a replacement for you. If you transfer your ticket to a friend, please reach out to [email protected] so I can update the attendee list. I reserve the right to cancel this class due to illness or low enrollment in which case you will be offered a refund less the eventbrite fees. In the instance of bad weather, class may be rescheduled and your ticket would still be good for the rescheduled date.
