Ready to leave yet? Namaste for another beer! Join 200-hr RYT Yoga instructor, Marlo Franco, at Castle Island Brewing Co. in Norwood, Ma for some Sunday morning yoga followed by your pour of choice. Whether it's your first time on the mat or you're a long-time yogi, all are welcome in this all-levels vinyasa class. Your ticket includes admission to the yoga class and one beer.
