We've partnered with our Willow Springs neighbors at Pizza 750 to bring you a unique dining experience, pairing their wood fired cuisine and our house brewed beers. Enjoy a welcome pint upon your arrival, and settle in for the evening's experience. Four dinner courses will be paired with four 6oz offerings from the brewery to your table. Our brewer and Chef will be on hand during the event to guide you through the finer points of the beers paired with each course. Our menu includes: A welcome pour of choice - A full pour of any beer available on draft. Couse 1: Smashed beets with goat cheese - Paired with "Winter Wit" Wit bier with a hint of Madagascar Vanilla. Course 2: Focaccia di Recco with soft cow cheese and honey- Paired with "Peach Gold" Sour Belgian Golden Ale with real peaches. Course 3: Sticky Asian Ribs with wasabi mash potatoes and ponzu braised carrots - Paired with "prediction?...Pain!" Imperial IPA with a punchy citrus hop character. Course 4: Coconut Panna Cotta - Paired with Barrel Aged "Double Dee's" Imperial Porter with toasted coconut & roasted pecans.
