West Coast Songwriters (WCS) is excited to be partnering with Almost Famous Wine Lounge to offer a unique showcase opportunity for songwriters. February 16th’s performance will feature three specially selected performers, chosen by the WCS panel of distinguished judges, as part of an open submission process. Are you a singer songwriter? Ready to perform on our big, beautiful stage? Submit your work now at this link: The submission deadline is Friday, January 13th, at midnight. Submission is open to both members ($10) and non-members ($20) of WCS. (To apply, please pay your submission fee by purchasing a ‘General Admission’ ticket through the link above, and then check your email for the Google Form submission form.) The selected performers will receive a WCS Showcase Performer Certificate, a one year membership for West Coast Songwriters, and surprise giveaways from our sponsor, GHS Strings and Main Street Music in Tracy! This event will occur quarterly, so stay tuned for future dates through 2023. This event will also be livestreamed! Almost Famous is an award-winning, new tasting room and venue located on Vasco Road in the heart of Livermore's wine, spirits and brewery district. Almost Famous Wine makes fifteen wines in diverse styles, and earned 34 top industry awards since our debut last year. There is a two drink minimum for each guest. Reserved table seating is available for purchase at this show. Ticket sales are final. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to apply the full credit of your purchase to another show, provided the request is made in advance of the show. Outside food is welcome, but please bus your table of any food items when you are finished. No outside beverages, including non-alcoholic beverages. With a menu of 15 wines in diverse styles, a water station, and sophisticated non-alcoholic options, there's something for everyone.
