Show your RUCKUS SPIRIT with a festive mask and/or costume while enjoying TWO (2) Complimentary Cocktails; delicious Cajun Cuisine from J & L Catering; outstanding CIRCUS PERFORMERS; and authentic New Orleans Jazz Music from the sensational TOVI KHALI JAZZ BAND – back by popular demand!! Need a Mask? We'll have them! Beads? We'll have those, too! Plus Party Favors, Percussion Instruments, and Fabulous Decorations! At 9p join our Second Line Parade led by TOVI's band as we head out onto Halsted and back in through Sidetrack’s Front Courtyard to kick-off their MARDI GRAS BLOW-OUT!
