The Dating Doc Single Ladies Vision Board event is a gathering where single women come together to create a visual representation of their goals and aspirations for their personal and romantic lives. The event will include instructions and guidance on how to create a vision board, as well as time for participants to work on their boards and share their ideas with each other. How It Works: NOTE: Please arrive no later than 3 p.m. to allow time to check-in attendees and provide vision board materials. 1. All materials will be provided to help for creating the vision boards, such as poster board, magazines, scissors, glue, and markers. 2. The event will start with an introduction and explanation of what a vision board is and how it can be used to help achieve goals. 3. Our staff will provide guidance and tips on how to create a vision board, such as how to choose images and words that align with one's goals, and how to organize the board. 4. We will then allow time for participants to work on their vision boards and share their ideas with each other. 5. We highly encourage participants to share their completed vision boards and discuss their goals for the future. 6. The event will conclude with a reminder that a vision board is a tool to help focus and manifest the intentions for the future, and that the event should be fun and enjoyable. Optional exercise (time dependent): Conduct a brief meditation or visualization exercise to help participants focus on their goals and intentions. This event is titled, described, and intended for women only. Keep in mind that hosts will exercise the right to deny service to any attendees.
