Join us on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, from 11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m. for our PRSA Lookout meeting! Storytelling: From Discovery to Maximum Exposure From process to tips and tricks, Marissa Bell and Caroline Coppock of Waterhouse Public Relations, will weave a tale of how to discover stories, bring them to life and extend their reach. The duo will walk us through examples in written and video form to showcase how to use storytelling for your brand – whether you work for a non-profit, agency or in a corporate setting. In a world of do more with less, Caroline and Marissa will also provide recommendations on transforming one story into multiple pieces of content for all your channels. Marissa Bell With 12 years of experience in communications, Marissa’s areas of expertise include strategy, public relations, crisis communications, social media, digital media and broadcasting. As VP of Waterhouse PR, she focuses on strategy, business development and client service. Her background includes agency work, tourism, government, digital media and broadcast TV. Marissa is accredited in public relations (APR) and holds a master’s in corporate and organizational communication from Northeastern University as well as a bachelor’s in communications from the University of Tennessee. She currently serves as advocacy director for the PRSA Lookout Chapter. Caroline Coppock As an account executive at Waterhouse PR, Caroline proactively develops communication strategies for and ensures her clients are positioned for publicity opportunities. She is skilled in visual media, research, communication, organization, special event coordination and relationship building, serving the broad needs of all clients. Caroline is a polished writer as well as a creative photographer, regularly producing editorial photos and short form videos for clients for social media and other channels. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and business administration. This in-person event is scheduled for Wednesday, February 2nd, at the Mountain City Club from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Please note: you do not have to be a PRSA member to attend.
