Galentine's Charcuterie Workshop hosted by My Bella Tavola Charcuterie 1-2:30 pm @Abundant Space, Scottsdale Arizona Make your own charcuterie board for 4+ people. We provide all of the goods including a bamboo board and instruction on how to make your own Instagram worthy charcuterie board. You'll learn how to make a salami rose, pair artisan meat and cheeses, cut cheese in various styles, and garnish your board with perfectly fresh fruit, fragrant herbs, and beautiful floral blooms. No Galentine's board would be complete without sweets and chocolate. You'll nosh throughout the class and sample amazing pairings. You'll have an opportunity ask all of your questions and learn tips and tricks of the trade. Mocktails and refreshing beverages provided. Come solo or with friends! Everyone leaves a charcuterie goddess!
