We're bringing barre3 to the heart of the North Loop - move with us in Colonial Warehouse! Join Nikki and the barre3 Minneapolis team, for a FREE efficient, effective workout combining strength, cardio and mindfulness. You'll leave feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Here's what you need to know: Location: Colonial Warehouse is located at 212 N 3rd Ave. The door to access the class space is at the BACK of the building, facing the parking lot. The address 326 N Washington Ave will send you to the parking lot! You will NOT be able to access this space through the main doors off of 3rd Ave. You will need to walk past the Hewing Hotel and take a right off of Washington Ave into the parking lot (down the little hill) to access the space. Look for the barre3 sign! Here's your route: Timing: Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. We recommend that you arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled. What to bring/wear: A yoga mat and water bottle. Class may be taken barefoot/with socks or in sneakers. This warehouse space features concrete floors so do what feels best in your body. No additional props are required, although you may choose to bring your own light handheld weights, if you'd like. Bathrooms: There are no public bathrooms available onsite. The closest public bathroom is located in the Hewing Hotel lobby. Please plan accordingly. Parking: Street parking is recommended and available on 3rd Ave, Washington Ave, and surrounding streets.
