Moving from NV

Greetings, I'm interested in moving to one of the following communities: Lake Linda, Lake Como, Paradise Palms RV, Paradise Lakes, Caliente or the woods. I'd like some honest opinions of current or former residents or any information about properties coming up for sale in those communities. I'm an easy going straight male and worried that the communities are not for me. I've been to a few of them for short visits and mostly seemed OK (Paradise Lakes seemed a little dated though). Most of the questions I have are pretty basic. Hopefuly I can buy some respondants lunch when I go there next time.
