At the Community Connection Project, we provide information on several programs to help people get their medical, dental, mental health care, transportation, and many other needs met. Many of these programs and resources are free or low-cost. Trying to figure some things out? Counselor interns will be on-site for an informal chat about coping skills, self-care, and working toward goals. You are not alone!
