Looking for part time maintenance person /handyman to do punch list items, on going basis. I need someone experienced to do the task and has their own tools and trans, like having a flexible schedule; and pay is $13/hr, for a few hours per week. This person to do general labor and gofer. General labor, moving furniture, when we go stage properties, need someone to do heavy lifting 1or 2 days. Gofer parts, pick up supplies and deliver to cleaning crew when needed, in general, help me put out fires. Any kind of technical and non- technical labor that needs to be done. Must have everything to do the job and get their quickly. Be physically able to lift heavy loads with a flexible schedule. Need someone experienced in installing doorknobs, E-Locks, hook up routers and smart tv's, who can set those up. And when we buy new tv's and things, unpack and put things together and working. Must have flexible schedule that allows not only working evenings but whenever. Someone who's available fairly often, reliable. If asked to do a certain task, it gets done without asking several times. someone who's set up on and hourly basis and bill me by the hour, more hours over time as we grow. this is not and actual job; it's more like a gig, and ongoing gig for you.
