Looking for Tyrone Jeter

I rented a house in south Lorain Ohio from a guy named Tyrone Jeter for 3 years never late with rent never a problem tenant I notified Mr.Jeter I bought a house and will be moving out I cleaned and made sure the house was ready for him I took very good care of his house so I would get my $1175.00 rent and water deposits back thing is now Mr.Tyrone Jeter disappeared my attorney sent him a certified letter (which was returned unsigned) his phone and his wife Juanita's phone will not accept my calls he changed his and her number Mr.Tyrone Jeter claims he works for homeland security I called Homeland security and they said that there is NO Tyrone Jeter in Thier database and never was he also claimed he owns 13 houses in Lorain Ohio which he only has 5 he skipped off with my $1175.00 and now I'm trying to locate him so I can recover my money and attorney fees if anyone else had a similar experience with Mr.Tyrone Jeter or knows where he's hiding please contact me through this post all info is confidential and will be turned over to my attorney I am on disability and have a couple cancers going on this money was very important to me I worked my whole life and HATE thieves which this guy definitely is...thank you
