The space itself is a semi-private space, with a locking steel door enclosing a gallery/crit space, wood shop, spray booth, and classroom/multi-purpose studio, dance studio, and art storage. The floor and ceiling are wood. There are numerous grounded electrical sockets and windows. Shared bathrooms. 24 hour access, air-conditioned, freight elevator and passenger elevator are just outside the studio. This studio is situated with a group of other art studios. Wi-fi and all utilities are included- Yes, trash too. The hallways outside and within the common area space are monitored by video security system. Good heat in the winter. Natural and artificial light. $375.00 per month The studio will be leased on a month-to-month basis with deposit equal to one month's rent. Tenants are required to carry liability insurance. Work only. This is not a live/work space. The building is I-2 zoned. The neighborhood is very safe. There are plenty of good places to eat and hang out within a few minutes walk from the building.
