Want to make weird rock music

Like the title says, wanting to find musicians for making weird rock music/adjacent genres. I play bass, can play guitar, can sort of play piano/drums, have a decent idea of how to record music well. Have an active band in NYC but want to be able to work on things with DC-based people too (I'm DC based). Care less about genre specifics than about finding people with decent chops and good vibes.
