S Own tools and cleaning supplies Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance experience 3 professional and 3 personal references You can be between 40-60% of each job, which typically equals $20-$40 per cleaning hour Prioritization and time management skills. Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits. Professionalism, along with speed and attention to detail. Trustworthy and able to conduct yourself in a professional manner
