Rehoming 1 1/2 year old Jack russel mix

Chop is a 1 1/2 year old beagle or Jack russel mix. He loves my kids, gets along with all the dogs he's met so far, likes cats. He hates being alone or caged so he'll howl and bark.. hes happy playing fetch or curling up on the couch; he doesn't care as long as he can be with someone. He'd be best with someone whose home a lot! He acts tough towards visitoes but is all mouth. He is up to date on rabies, unfixed tho, and has recently in the past two months started peeing once in the night here and there. I dont know if hes marking his territory or what but I have brand new flooring and I rent plus things just haven't worked id rather he just go to a home where he fits in better.
