I am looking for two local experienced prep chefs with a car, an apron, your own knives to work with me for 8 hours. You will be asked to take and receive a Rapid Negative PCR Test provided. Knife skills, easy going personality with local references required. We will meet up at The Co-Op parking lot on Thursday May 4th at 9am, we will go grocery shopping (2 - 3 hours) at The Co-Op, The Big Y and Taft Farms. We will then be driving up and unload at Camp Hi-Rock in Mt. Washington on Thursday May 4, 2023 (1 hour) where we unload and follow a prep sheet (which I will email to you beforehand) We will be preparing meals for a Men's Weekend that runs from Friday May 5 - Sunday May 7th, 2023 We are a non-profit.
