We are a woman-owned, sustainability-driven landscape design and fine gardening business. We don't do run-of-the-mill gardens! Our gardens are lovingly crafted using unusual plants and creative design practices based in fine art. We don't use electric tools, we don't weed-whack, and we don't mow lawns! If you're interested in detail-oriented, creative, nurturing work that takes you to a different place every day, get in touch.
Basic experience in farming or gardening is a huge plus. Passion for plants is a must. Tasks include planting, pruning, weeding, soil amendment, and general garden maintenance. This is a physical job as well as intellectual. Pay is above market rate and there are frequent opportunities for raises as experience and responsibilities grow. $150.00 bonus is given once training period is completed. Hours will begin as part-time and increase once experience and responsibilities grow.
