Female Sable collie

I have a one year old female Sable collie, Myla Mae. She had been up to date on shots but as of Feb, she will need 3 to stay up to date. She is not fixed as I can't get her an appointment with the vet due to them being booked out. She is hyper as she is a puppy but does know the command sit. Asking a rehoming fee. She loves other animals and kids (but does jump). I can provide pictures as well.
