I just purchased this lot in BSL. Step 1 - I would like to get it mowed down. It has a lot of standing water in several areas so I am not sure how to approach getting it all cut. Step 2 - Several trees have been cut down that need to be cut up and removed, relocated to a pile I can use for firewood, or burned. Step 3 - Then it probably needs some sand or soil brought in to fill these low spots. Step 4 - A gravel driveway need to be created where I can park my truck and trailer. I will have to do the work in stages as I want to pay cash as I can fit it in the budget. And I definitely dont mind doing as much of the work as I can while I am here on the weekends. Message if you can come take a look at the property today to give me some prices. And if we could at least get some grass/brush cut today would be a good start.
