Fast-growing technical packaging company with headquarters in California looking to expand and grow in Sebastian, Florida. Looking for part-time and/or full-time employees. Duties and responsibilities  Heat and vacuum Sealer assembly and manufacturing  Responsible for housekeeping and organization in the area assigned  Quality Control testing on all Impulse Sealers, Band Sealers, and Vacuum Sealers  Packaging of equipment and components  Inventory count and stocking  RMA/IPA Repairs  All other duties as required Qualifications and requirements  Experience in a production team in light manufacturing or warehouse environment.  Able to work with management to increase productivity while managing multiple priorities and addressing ambiguity.  Proven written and verbal communication skills emphasizing organization and attention to detail.  Ability to use hands and fingers for detailed assembly work including standing in an assembly/warehouse environment for long periods of time (8+ hours)  DIY attitude; looking for go getter, someone who can attack problems head on Starting compensation $13 - $16 hourly DOE Working interview available.
