Delicious Roast Pork with Chef Alan (Demonstration class)
Chef Alan will take you on a culinary journey starting your evening off with a Cauliflower Crostini –You will then be served a Farro Salad with red grapes, cremini mushrooms, Tuscan kale, thyme and shallots, garnished with crumbled gorgonzola cheese. The entrée will be a Pork Tenderloin rubbed in a white wine, and served with a cream and whole grain mustard sauce. To finish the meal, chocolate ganache tart slices topped with sliced macerated strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
