We are seeking a highly qualified, self-motivated, energetic, reliable individual to provide full-time cleaning and general maintenance on a full-time basis in an office and attached warehouse setting. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to: • Spot cleaning and regular cleaning of office and warehouse including lobby and vestibule, hallways, common areas, kitchens, offices/cubicles, restrooms, garages and warehouse (mop, sweep, dust, vacuum, and empty and clean recycling and garbage receptacles) • Light maintenance (replacing light bulbs, spot cleaning and touch up paint on walls, filling all paper, soap, and hand sanitizer dispensers) • General upkeep of the building (cleaning leaves off the sidewalks and roof and cleaning of windows) • Maintain cleaning closet and monitor and maintain cleaning supply stock and tools/equipment and ensure all are in proper condition • Comply with safety policies and procedures • Special projects as assigned Qualifications: • At least 3 years prior maintenance and cleaner experience and knowledge (including experience working with cleaning supplies/chemicals) • Must be reliable; a self-starter with a positive and helpful demeanor able to work with little supervision • Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed • Physical requirements include: walking and standing during the entire shift (8+ hours), climbing stairs, kneeling, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 30 lbs), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movement • Must be able to communicate in English; Spanish a plus Please respond with a cover letter and resume.
